Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to finance my investment property business. Currently I own three multi-family properties in the greater St. Louis, MO area and also have a contracting team of six workers. With this funding I will renovate two of the three buildings and start section eight State Housing contracts for the less fortunate. I will reinvest in the third property as the first two are contracted to state renters under lease agreements. My financial situation is currently stable, I have a second home that is currently rented out to family members who where recently laid off. This was a secondary source of income for me and changed my timeline for the development of my rental properties. It has also become almost impossible to borrow from banks in our current economy. : I am a good candidate for this loan because the hard part is done, I own these properties free and clear, the properties just need the funding to get them operational.
