Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to remodel the kitchen and bathroom. I bought a home that needs a lot of work and am looking to accelerate the major projects with a loan. RIght now I am slowly chipping away at the work and at this pace will run out of summer. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I always pay my debts.
