I am a retired vet that recieves va disability and social security totalling 4126.00 per month. I am very interested in lowering my cc balance while i am finishing paying off my car loan in the next 2 months. Currently sitting at 9k balance (Going to use savings) I have been retired now for 5 yrs and my income is tax free. I feel that by lowering my credit card debt and paying off my 1 of 2 of my car loans (early i may add) i will be in better shape in the long run. As i see it good to get a hold of my finances and credit responsibility while im still young. Also i have a family married with 2 kids. my expenses are as follows monthly.
