Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to add a new master bedroom over our existing garage which will expand the house by about 500 sq ft. I had planned to do this using a home equity loan, however, it seems to be more trouble than it's worth these days. The total project cost will be about 35-40K. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I've had a good job for many years, and I pay all of my bills on time. I also own two homes...one for myself and my husband as well as one for my disabled mother. I take pride in paying my debts. |
