Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off my higher interest credit cards. Direct Merchants: $2000 interest 29% I pay $100 monthly Victorias Secret: $400 interest 22% I pay $100 monthly Kohls: $700 interest 22% I pay $100 monthly Goodyear tires: $400 interest 22% I pay $100 monthly My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have the money as stock in my company. I just don't want to cash out and deal with the taxes at the end of the year plus I am hoping the economy improves. I can provide statement from etrade if needed. I have a steady job with same salary income and own my home. I also supplement my income by petsitting part time, jewelry business part time, and I have a room mate. Don't let my credit mislead you. I went thru debt reduction 7 years and I still have some negative items on my credit report that will be removed by August. I am current on all my bills to date. The deliquent account is macys card, it is a card I don't use. I purchased one dress for holiday party in december and forgot I owed on that card and returned the dress after my bill date, that is why it became delinqent. I don't owe any pass due money now. Of course this was a bone headed move on my part, because I pay all my bills online, I completely forgot to pay this one, which of course I will be on my credit for the next 7 years. I have signed up for auto pay with prosper so this mistake will not happen here. Monthly net income: $ 3000 from paycheck which I can verify Plus $1000 rent from room mate Plus $300 from petsiting/jewelry business Total $4300 Monthly expenses: $ 2970 Housing: $ 1670 mortgage,HOA,property taxes Insurance: $ 60 Car expenses: $ 340 gas and car payment carpool with friend to keep gas expense down Utilities: $ 50 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 50 Credit cards and other loans: $ 400 (minimums, I usually pay more with my additional income from rent/side businesses) About me: I work at a biotech company that is growing rapidly. We have 2 products on the market which makes my job secure. I have worked at my job for 5 years with 3 promotions, and I see an additional promotion in the next year.
