Thank you for taking the time to consider my request. I am seeking a business loan in the amount of $4500. This is for an opportunity that will virtually guarantee my success and repayment of your investment. I also have an additional part time income of $800 a month net to further ensure repayment. I did not include this 800 on my intial application and thus my debt to income is higher but I would rather be on the safe side so the payments can be made on time. There are some negative items on my credit report and this is due to an illness my spouse had. She is now back to work and in full health.
