PLEASE HELP I am a married mother of three who has had problems in the past such as job loss, medical bills due to surgeries on both sons, that has left me with a credit score of 499. At this time, I am working full time as an independent contractor for an Internet typing service who has been in business for quite a while and is well established. I make over $22,000.00 a year (have documentation) and can make this payment. My spouse also works full-time. We considered bankrupcty to clear our old credit however we were told that this was not the right thing to do that we needed to re-establish credit because we have not had any credit for a while and pay on this new credit on time in order to increase our score. I know this sounds crazy, but we need to do something. We were able to get a house on a lease/purchase option and need to raise our credit scores so that we can purchase our home once out lease/option agreement is up in two years. Currently we have no outstanding loans, no car payments, etc. I can and will pay this loan on time so I can increase my score. I just need someone to have faith in me and give me that chance. Can someone help me fund my loan? I truly would appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, |
