Please help. Hi. I am a married mother of three. Over the past several years we have had some ups and downs...unemployment, illness, medical bills which has caused our credit score to be right at 500. We considered bankruptcy but after speaking with a loan officer when trying to purchase a house we were told that our credit is all old and that we need new credit in order to increase our credit score. Well, guess what! Of course no one wants to even give us a small loan and I just don't want a credit card. I need someone to give me a loan so that I can make payments and build my score back up. We did find a house through a lease with option to buy within three years and the name of a financial advisor to help us along the way. First and foremost I need some new credit. I am working full time as an independent contractor earning $22,000.00 plus a year (I have documentation) and I can and will make the loan payments. I just need a chance. My husband also works full time and making the payment will not be a problem. I just need someone to help me and my family to get back on track to refinance our home and work with this financial advisor to get our credit scores back up. If you are someone that can help me, I would truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I am so tired of having doors slammed in my face because of circumstances beyond my control.
