Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay a balance of an auto loan so that I can go on to the next step of getting the prefect house. This is the only thing stopping my family and me from moving forward and getting to close. Communication with the auto loan had got miscommunicated when I got deployed to help with hurricane Katrina. I was told I had a deferment but was not told a paper needed to be signed and returned. I have to have this taken care of so I don?t lose my chance to get this beautiful home and the big backyard for our kids to play in. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a steady income from a good company to work for. I have turned around my credit. I am still working on making it better but with all the time and work I have put into cleaning it up to let it go back down the drain.
