This is a re-list with explanations: NOTE to lenders re credit report; I am shocked and very upset to see erroneous delinquencies; I?ve worked so hard past few years paying all my bills and creditors on time, to improve my credit; I have not pulled my report recently, so had no idea, and will be getting this corrected asap. Re amount $4,620 as delinquent; that?s impossible; only outstanding debt I had when obtaining first Prosper loan was school loan, $1000; I?m guessing the original amount (plus tons of interest that collection agencies tag on) has been reported by collection agencies who have not been notified that I already paid off this loan. Re # of delinquencies 4; that?s also incorrect; even though all my school loans were consolidated into a single loan many years ago, credit reports continue to break them down into 4 separate accounts; I paid this off couple years ago, but continue to receive mail from collection agencies trying to collect on this old debt; clearly I need to go through the process of clearing all this up on my credit reports. Re # of delinquencies last 7 yrs; yes that was very high prior to 3 yrs ago; it got so bad and out of control that I had no choice but to file bankruptcy in 2005 (that?s the 1 public record), which cleared off all my debt, except the school loan of $1000; that?s why I applied for the first Prosper loan 2 yrs ago, to pay off remaining debt, and begin to reestablish my previous excellent credit I?m extremely sad to see my credit grade dropped, after all my efforts to improve my credit these past 2 years. I currently have 5 credit cards, 1 line of credit, 1 other Prosper loan almost paid off; all new since my bankruptcy, and all paid on time; the main reason for opening these accounts was to reestablish my good credit. I would like to borrow $2500 to consolidate my credit cards into one easy monthly payment, to make paying my credit cards easier. I am an excellent candidate, with a proven track record with Prosper for on time payments. One of the reasons I applied for my first Prosper loan 2 ½ yrs ago was to establish myself as reliable on Prosper; this loan is almost paid off, with perfect payment history. It takes extra diligence and attention to keep track of different due dates and amounts on credit cards. It?s been wonderful having my initial Prosper loan deducted each month with a fixed amount, so I don?t have to worry about a missed or late payment. I would really like to consolidate my credit cards into one payment with a second loan from Prosper, to simplify this process, so I can put full focus on my work, and making money, rather than worrying about possibly missing a credit card payment. I live within a very frugal budget, with the priority of paying off all my debts as soon as possible. Monthly net income: $ 2500 Monthly expenses: Housing: $ 800 Insurance: $ 60 Car expenses: $ 50 Utilities: $ 20 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 100 Clothing, household expenses $ 20 Credit cards and other loans: $ 200 Other expenses: $ 20 And just as with my first Prosper loan, I would much rather pay interest directly to people who really care about other people, and who are also working at improving their lives and the community. I would be immensely grateful for your financial help, Thanks for your bids! |
