Purpose of loan: We want to pay off our credit cards and other loans to make just one payment per month for all of our debt. My financial situation: We have a plan and just need some help implementing it. Our current payments for credit cards and loans are about $800 per month and with this loan it would be about $630 per month. The payments are being made every month, so we are just looking to save some time by only having 1 payment versus 15 that have different due dates. This loan would be for 3 years and the way our credit cards are it seems like it would take almost 10 if we continue the way we are. Our cards have been canceled with the exception of two. One is for emergencies and the other is Walmart (my wife just wanted to keep that one). We are also owed about $2000 from friends that we tried to help out, it was about $4000 but some has been paid back. I really can't count that as income, it just goes to pay current debt. We own our mobile home and both vehicles. Our lot rent includes water, sewer, and garbage so we have no hidden monthly expenses. We just want to make one payment per month to simplify things.
