As a Mortgage Broker, I understand and appreciate the differnce between revolving and installment debt. I would like to consolidate two credit cards into one payment each month that will ultimately wipe out this debt. I have a Salary plus extensive commission structure position. Being the General Manager of a mortgage company, I am also paid a commission on all loans originated in a month. I do own a home, that the payment (including escrows) is less than 20% of my worse potential income in a month. I am looking for a short term loan, that I will be able to pay off quicker than the set terms. Investors looking for a secure and fast turn around investment should bid on this one. Thank you. |
