Purpose of loan: This loan will be used pay an unexpected Home Owner's Assessment fee that has just been issued and must be paid by the end of the month, as well as pay off my remaining credit card debt that I have carried since college. Since buying a condo I have had a solid plan to pay things on time as well as reduce my debt. My HOA has sprung a little surpise bill that is causing a trip up in my 5 year plan to be debt free and save up for grad school! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because over the past few years I have made a sincere effort to improve my credit score and erase my college debt. I am free of school loans and am working on paying off the end of my credit cards. I have been employed with a great job at a government/military contractor for just over a year and also do additional work on the weekend as a seamstress and quilt maker.
