Purpose of loan: My company generated over $100,000 last year and is on pace for $90,000 this year and I am needing to expand. I have one full time employee and have just hired a second but am needing to expand my equipment to keep up with demand. I have been turning down about $1,000 per month in jobs and want to capitalize on the market. We do pressure washing, lawn maintenance and landscaping and in Florida that is a great business to be in. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because?I have been able to make my payments, have good credit, and have a growing company that is expanding. My expenses for advertising and gas run about $1000 per month and I have a payroll of $3200 a month. Feb we grossed--$9999.55; Mar was $5763; Apr was $8496; May was $5579; and June was $8501. |
