Lenders: It is so difficult for an HR to get a loan funded on Prosper and even though my intentions are honorable, I realize you don?t know me, please if your have any concerns: email me and I?ll give you my phone number so we can talk. I want to clean up my credit and start a new life and I see how hard it is to get a loan being a high risk borrower so I am even more determined to improve my credit grade. I have made mistakes in the past, but now I want to move on and I am more mature and responsible. My Group Leader now has a copy of my credit report and I was confused about what bills I actually owe, but working together, I realize that there are only 2 open I need to pay and a state tax lien that is derogatory. I actually would like to borrow less, but because I live in Georgia, I am forced to request $3000. I work for UPS and have been working for them since 02/23/04 (2 years, 8 months).My employment is secure and I am requesting a loan for a couple of reasons: 1) Air to NJ will be approximately $250.00 round trip, then another $150.00 for miscellaneous items. So a total of around $400 for the trip. 2) The other very important reason is that I would like to buy a Condo in the community that I reside. I originally wanted to buy the one I now live in, but there are too many leaks and too much water damage, which happened recently from all of the rain we have had. Lucky for me that this happened! Monthly Expenses: Rent: $750.00 Georgia Power: $29.00 Cell/Phone: $69.00 Transportation: $52.00 Home Phone: $67.00 Internet: $29.00 Auto Loan:$00.00 (My car is paid for)Groceries: $80.00 Credit Cards or Revolving Accounts: $00.00 (will be $00 after I receive my funding) Total of Monthly Expenses = $1076.00 Total of Monthly Income After Tax = $1852.00 Amount left over to go toward your Prosper loan = $776.00 Explanation of any negatives on my Experian Credit Report: Public Record is a State Tax Lien and I am checking into it. The only thing I can figure is that this goes back when I lived in New Jersey and I co-signed for an apartment for a friend. The lien is for $2188 and is dated 2/28/01. It was filed with the Mercer Co Registry in NJ.
