Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? pay off back property taxes of $3,700. .with this loan my monthly payment should come in at $158.00 a month. this i a comfortable easy payment for my husband and i.i had droped down to 3,500 from 4,200 to help with my chances and i thank all those who have placed bids before. times are tough for all of us. and i bless you for giving us a chance. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? i have been good on keeping my credit cards paid and have other income coming in from my spouse at over $80,000 that i cannot include with my income. as you can see my husband pays all the bills from mortgage to car payments, and all the utilities. all i pay for is day care at $250.00 (thats the other expense.) and food for the house. and at times clothing.
