Purpose of loan: Hello, Thank you for viewing my listing. I am a 53 years old home based business owner and I work for TJ Maxx Part-time. I am married for 30 years with 2 sons. My younger son who is 20 years old is a Biology major. He is trying to transfer to a new/better University. He took 2 clases summer and has already been accepted by Towson univ for fall semester. He is going to move out and he needs some money to get started. We couldnt find a student loan suitable for him so we figured we get this loan set him up and once received the student loan pay this one back. My financial situation: I have a home based business selling different kinds of products online on ebay, amazon, pricegrabber and so on making 30-35 a year and i also work in tj max making about 10K a year. My housband owns his own construction company, Moradi Renovation Inc, making around 65-70 a year. My son is a waiter and makes about 10k a year. We also have a house which is worth about 200k but since property values were appreciating we thought to keep it for another year and its currently being rented out and we will use that money to pay this loan off, I DO NOT PAY ANY HOUSING EXPENSES! My housband takes care of everything My husband pays for all the utility bills, rent insurance car payment and etc. I only spend my money on buying stuff around the house and help my 2 sons.We will pay back this loan on time PROMISE!!! |
