OK folks. I've up'd the interest rate. I appreciate all those who bid last. Thank you and I'm sorry it didn't make it. So here goes... Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to payoff all but two of our credit card debts and relocate to the Austin Texas area. I'm moving with my company, but they are not paying for any of the move. In addition, I will be putting $1000 of these funds back into Prosper. My financial situation: I am an excellent candidate for this loan because my income alone will be sufficient to pay back the loan and cover all my other expenses. Once in Austin, my wife (of 21 yrs) will resume working and adding to the family budget. With my wife's income, our goal will be to completely eliminate the remainder of our credit card debt in 2 yrs. I'm current with all my bills and am never late. Monthly net income: $ 4800 Monthly expenses: $ 4787 Housing: $ 2500 Utilities: $ 280 Cable/net/phone: $132 Car: $330 Cell (family plan): $230 Food, groceries: $ 400 Credit cards: $ 765 Misc: $150 After Prosper Funding and move: Monthly expenses: $ 4273 Housing: $ 1500 (PITI) * The house I did buy was $50K less than what I'd set as my ceiling, thus the lower pymt. Utilities: $ 200 Cable/net: $ 100 Car: $330 Cell (family plan): $230 Food, groceries: $ 400 Credit card: $ 400 Misc: $150 Prosper Loan: $933 Even adding the Prosper loan back in, I still save a little more than $500 / mo. |
