Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to payoff payday loans, which are taking over $500 per month of my income and I am being eaten alive by them. Experian Credit Score: 657 so I am unsure why I was rated a D and not a C

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate because? I have the income to support it and made a huge mistake by taking out payday loans instead of riding out a hard time. I do pay my bills! I work for a major cable company in sales and yes, I could sell ice to an eskimo. I am too honest and could probably make a lot more but ethics and morals get in the way. Top 10 performer! Overtime, big time average is 20 hours + per week. We are on a base+comm and at this point of the year I am at 5200 per month.

One late payment, 07,from capital one which was applied to wrong account. I have tried fighting it but have not succeeded.  I am aware my income to debt ratio is high.

Bankruptcy, 02, deal gone bad with my late husband 6 years ago. Scammed in a business deal.

I am a college graduate with a Masters in Health Care Admin who will be taking the LSATs (law entrance exam)  in October.

My husband passed 4 short yrs ago to a massive heart attack and over night life changed horribly. He was a very successful dentist and a wonderful husband, father and person.

A bad probate fight cost a small fortune taking my first 3 life ins payments. This ordeal put me thru a spiral down slide but I am determined to rise above. Not a lot of life ins due to diabetes and the cost was so high. I have one more $80,000+ payment to come in March, 2009 at which time I will start fresh by paying back credit cards (and getting rid of them) and by moving out of the area I am in. No family of mine lives on this coast.

I hate to sound desperate but I am as I have had to resort to payday loans which are eating me alive. A very stupid move on my part. I am currently researching better ways to mange my money including Dave Ramsey's get out of debt book and have every intention of following this simple path once I get ahead again.

My credit means the world to me as when I was forced to file bankruptcy almost 6 years ago I was devastated but it was due to a  business gone bad.We were scammed. Since then I have been a member of myfico.com and I watch my credit information like a hawk. I will not fail you!

Can you please help me out? Thanks for your consideration!

Proud Mom moment: My children,  HS Senior (in the picture w/me) who is being recruited for her strength in soccer (she is an awesome goalie) and has excellent grades, I have two children (19, 21) who attend Washington State University full time and I have my oldest son (23) who is #1 out of 144 in his class,  studying dentistry in San Francisco. Please have faith in me!
