Please excuse the re listings. I was looking for a conservative low rate school loan, but can now see that thats not what Prosper is all about. Perhaps I need to revise, and give more detail to my situation to my bidders. This loan will be used to? help our daughter pay for her college education. We have provided her with 12 years of private school, which she just graduated from. The photo shown, was from that proud day. We are also sending our teenage son down the same path. Education is a MUST in life. We are looking for a low rate loan to avoid the extra expenses/ cost of refinancing our home. With the home values down right now,its not wise to even go there. We are now set with a good interest rate, and really do not want to touch it. We also own a 2nd home, which is a rental property. Sept will make 3 years with the same great tennents, we are very lucky to have them. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because?I have been self employed since 1990. My self made company has been successful for 18 years, due to the pride and drive I have instilled in myself. My family & education are strong values of mine. My wife also works part time from home, and earns $800-$1000 per month, which is not included in my income. She has been a stay at home mom, since the kids were born, and helps run my office. We want to help provide my daughter the education she needs for a secure future. The importance of that is crucial to us, because we want her to be self supportive in life Thank you for your consideration in helping us, help her. |
