Purpose of loan: The purpose of this loan is to raise my credit score so I can provide my wife with a house that she deserves and an interest rate that I won't cringe over. A future perspective"! My financial situation: My financial situation has been good, but I wish it could be better. I have been successfull in clearing out a personal loan and a car payment; however, I will need more of a boost if I hope to raise my credit score high enough to provide my wife and I a house that we both deserve. Not only will this loan be used to raise my credit score, it will also to be used to payoff the existing Prosper loan and eliminate my highest interest rate credit card, of which I am paying nearly $100.00 a month with a 29.9% interest rate. Despite having an above normal DTI rating, I have an excellent credit history with no delinquencies whatsoever. To further my reputation. I am well respected and considered very valuable at the company that I work for: Ricoh Professional Services. I have constantly received much praise and I have received an award due to my work ethics: 2007-Corps d'Elite. My duties are often along the lines of ordering printer supplies for the contracted company, AAA, and also considered the first tier of support for when printers misfeed and other network problems related to printer errors. Moreover, I have recently graduated from the University of Michigan majoring in BGS with three disciplines: Criminal Justice, Pychology, and Business Administration. Other expenses: $ 280 (Deferred Student loan) Current monthly expenses are $2080 but antincipating $2360 due to an upcoming student loan in January '09.
