Purpose of loan: To develop, market, acquire expert facilitators, and deliver 3 new services and take our web-presence to the next level. The 3 new services are outlined below: Entrepreneur?s Training ? a 12 session, intense business preparation course that allows individuals considering opening their own business to capture their ideas and more accurately assess their preparedness. This course will be offered both in-person in the Washington DC area and on-line via webinar. Become the Employee Companies Fight to Keep? a 7 session series marketed to the masses. Objective, help individuals revive, maintain or grow their careers during these challenging employment times by focusing on how to have a Positive Impact with in their organizations. Business Process / Customer Service Improvement ? Help our corporate clients identify and resolve inefficiencies through tapping the creativity of their staff and re-allocating current resources. Goal, provide clear ROI through more efficient and effective processes while developing loyal customers through the highest possible customer service. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because while my husband & I could significantly raise my FICO score if we chose to, the debt we have now is at very low interest rates (<7.9%) and being successfully leveraged. From a business perspective -- in a very short period of time Enigma Business Solutions, has successfully launched our Compass Training series and established partnerships / joint marketing relationships with a number of successful organizations such as The Entrepreneur Source, Success in the City, HSBC, 360 Solutions, CEO Junction, etc.) Estimated revenue for the remainder of 2008 is $120k by targeting outsourcing partnerships with HR consulting companies looking to expand their services into the training arena as well as established small-mid size consulting organizations currently focusing on strategic planning and organizational change management, We have also brought on the former CIO of US Foods, past president of Women in Technology, and several other highly successful business people as sales staff and facilitators. I also have formal Business Coaching relationship with a very successful business woman who continues to re-enforce that time and capital are the core life blood to Enigma's continued success. As the child of 2 educators, I am a very successful business woman with a broad range of experiences in both large and small businesses, it is time for me to follow my passion to help others reach their full potential.
