Purpose of loan: For over 2 years, I've been making payments on a CASH CALL loan. This high-interest loan is ruining any long-term financial flexibility I was planning for. I'm having problems paying down the principal as I've made 30 monthly payments at $332 and I've paid down ONLY $2,400. Basically, they apply majority of each payment towards interest first (10 years worth at 44.5%, to be exact) before knocking off the principal. This loan is a major burden, as I got it when I was younger, stupid and desperate.

This loan will be used to? SWAP out of Cash Call into Prosper.

My financial situation: I have a job in TV at a huge media conglomerate and I've been able to pay off a good majority of my bills. Please see below, as my credit accounts are way off the limits. I don't have a lump sum to get out of this CASH CALL loan and this is my main concern as this loan will not be paid off until 2016 and I'll have invested over $30,000.

I am a good candidate for this loan because? Because my credit score is back on the rise as I am making good money. Again, my credit accounts are way off the maximums. I have been diligent in making monthly payment for over 2 years.

Monthly net income: $ 6000

Please note the following:

**A good portion of the money I bring in is based on overtime. Being paid on an hourly basis, my paychecks tend to vary from week to week. $6000 was pretty much a estimate (though I am on pace to make over $74,000) and things are a little slow. Also, you never know what is going to come up and that sometimes offsets a budget

**My monthly NET income (WITHOUT O/T) is $3750. I work for a big television media company (which I'd care not to reveal). My company is in good financial standing and obviously, much of what I make is based on OT. I am a hard worker and always have long hours. However, if OT is ever eliminated, monthly payments will still not be a financial strain.

CREDIT REPORT INFO:

Regarding my REVOLVING CREDIT:  My girlfriend had an AMEX Optima card issued in my name from her account (which has a $18,000+ balance). When you take such actions the credit bureau links that account to my credit report. That explains the influx in revolving balance.

Regarding my DELINQUENCIES:  Happened a couple years back when I was unemployed and looking for a job in a sub-par market. Basically, it came down to paying rent or having a couple 30 day-late charges on my credit report (obviously, this upset me very much). As soon as my finances stabilized, I paid off the delinquencies ASAP.

Regarding my 15 CREDIT LINES (7 OF WHICH ARE OPEN): I actually decided to shut them down. The best way to confront debt is to look it in the face.
