Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to?pay down credit card debt. I have been paying down Highest APR to lowest. I am a good candidate for this loan because I have not been late or missed a payment in over 54 years !!! Prosper Lender, contemplating which will happen first:: 10K Prosper Loan or 10K Powerball Hit (4 white balls + PWB) Right now powerball has the best odds. i Only got 8 bids in last 6 tries !!! Joined USAF in 1954. - Pay then was $78.00/Month. In 1972 pay went to $10,000.41 per year and I was finally able to get an American Express card (pay had to be at least 10k) I retired in 1975 at half pay - 21 years - a little over 5k. By then we had 5 kids. In 1976 started to work for US West. I had gone to several Programming & Systems Analyst schools in the Air Force beginning in 1968. In 1981 - 3 of the kids were in college (Colo Univ) costs a lot. In 1989, I was laid off from U S west. Had no job for a year, tho looking all over the country. Zero pay is a bummer. I was a Programmer, Systems Analyst & Staff Manager for the phone co, but was apparently too old then to get a job unless I started at the bottom again. Went from $53K in 89 to 26K at the most until 2001 when I had an operation for Brain Surgery to remove a Tumor. Insurance does not pay all of your medical bills . That can ruin your Assets. Had a house ( bought in 1976). IN '90,Credit cards had to go to mostly minimum payments. Got a second Mortgage in 1995 to pay off most of them. This 2nd was PAID in 2005 and the 1st Mortgage PAID after 30 yrs, in 2006. Believe me, I fully understand how difficult debt can be!!!. My thanks to Prosper Members who are helping me to dissolve my credit card debt by paying off high limit creditors One-By-One. Let us all continue to "bank on each other" IT REALLY WORKS !!!!!! Special thanx to Kermit24, JMA Three, D Tempus B, Lending Stats dot com & Ice Fisherman who were kind enough to place bids on my prior attempts to get a Prosper loan. I am still helping other Prosper members out with $$$$ because I think it is a very good thing - this Prosper Thing on the Computer !! Monthly net income: $ 2735.26 Monthly expenses: $ 2735.26 Housing: $ 0.00 - 30 yr Mortgage paid off 10-2006 (2nd in 2005) Insurance: $ 23.25 Car expenses: $ 318.78 Utilities: $ 123.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 78.66 Food, entertainment: $ 235.00 and Clothing, & household expenses $ Paid by Wife. Credit cards and other loans: $ bal of $$$$ Other expenses: $ 0 money left !!! |
