Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Consolidate debt, until I receive my final life insurance payment in March 2009. I would also have the ability to secure this loan against the final payment. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have security to put up against it which I will receive in March, 2009 and I do pay my bills! I have one late payment from July 2007 from capital one which actually was reported against me although Capital One had put it in a different account I have with them. I have tried fighting it but have not succeeded. I am aware my income to debt ratio is high. Additional reasons why I am a perfect candidate for this loan, I will pay you back as I do have security. I am a college graduate and my income is good. I am a widow, lost my husband who was a dentist 4 years ago to a massive heart attack and over night life changed horribly.We are devastated to this day but life must go on. I was caught in a horrible probate fight with his family and it cost me a small fortune. They were ransacking our home for keepsakes of their brother/son and then attempted to take money from the life insurance and 401k. They are greedy and just not nice and we have lost contact with them and it's for the best. They sued me twice for money to support their parents however the Judge threw them out of the court. This entire situation put me thru a spiral down slide. To protect what little life insurance I received (low amount as my husband was a diabetic and the cost was so so high), I did however put all the life insurance into my children's names and on their 18th birthday they sign it back to me), so the family had no ability to receive it . I have one more $70,000+ payment to come in March, 2009 at which time I can give you back what you are lending me. Again, I will pay you back on a short term note if that's what you want or I can pay it over a year. I hate to sound desperate but I am as I have had to resort to payday loans which are eating me alive. A very stupid move on my part. I am currently reading Dave Ramsey's get out of debt book and have every intention of following this simple path once I get ahead again. My credit means the world to me as when I was forced to file bankruptcy almost 6 years ago I was devastated but it was due to a business gone bad.We were scammed. Since then I have been a member of myfico.com and I watch my credit information like a hawk. I will not fail you! I will pay you and will sign almost anything to secure this loan with my life insurance payment. I am honest, hard working and just stuck in a horrible place right now. Can you please help me out? My children My kids, 1 HS Senior (in the picture w/me) who is being recruited for her strength in soccer (she is an awesome goalie), I have two children (19, 21) who attend Washington State University full time and I have my oldest son (23) who is #1 out of 144 in his class, who is studying dentistry in San Francisco.
