Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Pay off a few cards. I have a couple of cards that have a low introductory rate. The rate goes up at the end off the year and I would like to pay it off before that happens. Could also use a little to fix up my house. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have been at the same job for over three years. I never pay late. I own a four-plex and I rent out three of the units and I live in the forth unit so my mortgage is paid by my renters. I live simple and I am not a big spender.
