Hi All. I have a few bills and a credit card balance that I would like to pay off and a department store card that I would like to close. This is more of a convenience than anything -- I like term loans with a clear end date rather than using revolving credit. About me: I live in Astoria, NY. I work for a public technology company as a Director of Product. I have a BS in Informatics from the University of Washington (graduated 2005). My part of the rent is only $750.
