We've been a single car household for a while, and while its worked well we're going to be needing a second vehicle again in the next few months.  We have an excellent opportunity to buy a used vehicle from a friend, and are hoping to make that happen.  I've been working 3rd shift while my husband works days, and we're trying to arrange things so that I can return to working days as well, and that will require a second vehicle for our household.
