Eric's Credit Community

This loan will be used to consolidate some lingering credit card debt.  Over the years I have used my credit cards to fund different investments, pay bills and even help to entertain my family while on vacation.  Though I have always made timely payments and tried to lower the principles on these accounts I have not been able to eliminate them completely.   I am a good candidate for this loan because I realize the importance of maintaining a good credit profile.  I have been self employed for over Thirteen years and operate a maintenance business that should continue to grow.  Many of my customers have been with me for over ten years, and as everyone knows the best form of advertising is from the ?Word of mouth?.  I do have some recent inquires on my credit report; they are from some local banks I have applied with for a new construction loan.  My wife and I just had our first child and are in negotiations with a builder we know to build a custom home.  As for the loans, I have been approved and am working on the best rate possible from these banks.  Just want to say ?Thank You? for the interest in my loan and wish everyone the best possible in their Prosper endeavor.
