Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay for $3,200 fall semester tuition for my MBA degree. I am enrolled full-time in the program and expect to graduate in August 2009.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I have an excellent credit history. I have no debt except for about $1,000 on a 0% no-interest card until January 2009, and I pay all my credit cards in full each month. I own my own condo and have no mortgage, which I believe is why my homeownership has not been verified. Before graduate school I worked as a public accountant for about 3 years, and I currently have liquid cash and investments in excess of $50,000. I would normally pay for the tuition with cash but I decided to try borrowing on Prosper as I also do some lending on here now as well.

While in school, each month I sell (on eBay) a small portion of collectibles that myself and my family have accumulated from a past wholesale business and from personal hobbies. The net income from this ranges between $1200 and $1500 per month and is reflected below with my current monthly budget. We have several several years of inventory left to sell off. The collectibles range from stamps to sports and non-sports trading cards, coins and other miscellaneous items. I also plan to take on a part-time paid internship this coming spring as well that pertains to my expected degree in finance.
