Thanks for looking! Purpose of loan: Me and my wife would like to upgrade our bathroom. Countertop, cabinets, and fixtures is what we want to replace and we only want to spend about $12000. We have not made up our minds on exactly what we are going to go with as far as materials, so hopefully we can get most if not all of it done with this amount. I am a prosper lender and figured this would be a good chance to give borrowing a shot. My financial situation: I made $50000 last year and my wife made 25000 about 5900 a month. all we really have is the house $1200 2 cars $350 (only 9 months left)& $500 $2000-$3000 credit card debt and besides that its just electric gas water phone cell phone internet. Plus i get free gas paid by work(worth a lot right now!!) I have a second mortgage on my home for $30000 that is coming up under bankcard utilization. this is included in my house payment noted above. me and my wife have been shopping mortgages for an investment rental property explaining the inquires.
