Thank you for viewing my request. I am a good candidate for this loan because there is a second income from my husband. I have been employed as an HR/Accounting Administrator for over 5 years and just started a new job with an established service company. My base salary is $52,000 with an end of year profit share of $13,000. Six years ago, my husband?s successful business of 14 years closed its doors due to the financial downturn of 2001 and we have been working extremely hard to re-establish our credit. We have improved our credit drastically since 2003. Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off our daughter?s student loan and my parents. We have a Sallie Mae variable interest student loan because at the time we did not have favorable credit. After making payments for 13 months, we have yet to pay down the principal. We have no credit card debt ? just medical bills, Sallie Mae student loan, and money owed to my parents when our business closed. Monthly net income: $3,706 plus $3,200 from husband?s salary.
