About Me and the Loan: I am a 26 year old newly licensed attorney in the State of California. I work for an AMLAW Top 200 Law Firm. I would like to move out of here ASAP and I can afford to finance it and would prefer to finance rather than taking the time to save for the necessary expenses: Security Deposit, ?New? Craigslist furniture, First and Last Months Rent, etc. I am near six figures in salary and can easily afford to make my monthly Prosper payments (as I have always done).

Credit Score: I am a very responsible individual. Graduating from law school and becoming a licensed attorney at the age of 25 takes hard work, responsibility and maturity. My credit score is reflective of bad credit decisions that I made early on in my life and is not reflective of my current ability and desire to meet all my financial commitments. Between the ages of 18-22, I incurred only about $3,000 in credit card debt but due to immaturity and unstable income I made many late payments. Those poor decisions have had an adverse affect on my credit. I have made 25 on-time payments on my prior two Prosper Loans. I also experienced tough times while studying for and immediately after the bar exam, I had started to use my credit cards to pay for my everyday living again... I was also late on a few and overdrawn on a couple cards. That said, since February of this year, I have not been late once or have even used one of my credit cards. Credit scores apparently take a long time to repair. L
