Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay my monthly debts for the next two months until I can finalize a real estate deal that is nearing completion. Since July of 2007 I have been involved in transaction to purchase 575 apartment units, ready to go condo, in an affluent area close to D.C. On June 17th, the seller went to closing just as we found out there was a hitch with my partner. We have negotiated a settlement with the third party which whom his issue dealt with. That agreement is ready but red tape will keep us waiting just a bit longer to close. All the while I have spent my savings in order to pay my bills. I am just about tapped out of liquidity and need a little help. Note: My monthly income will be multiple times the amount I listed as annual income. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have never failed to pay my debts and as a result, boast a 700+ credit score. Not to mention, I will be able to easily repay the loan as soon as the deal gets completed. We will be starting off with a couple million dollars in capital from loan proceeds and rent. I hope you will consider my request. |
