Eric's Credit Community

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay off multiple high interest credit cards and allow me to fix the subfloor in my bathroom that recently flooded. I always pay more than the minimum but it seems that my debt just isn?t going anywhere. I accrued this debt when I moved across the country, away from all my family and friends, to take my dream job. I had a lot of unexpected moving costs and the home I bought needed some unexpected immediate repairs. I would love to consolidate all of these bills into one payment so I can not only pay off my debt but put more money towards making this house my home.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a stable job at the Corporate Headquarters of a major company making a little over 60K a year. I?m also in line for a raise in a couple of months. I have excellent credit . I consistently pay my bills on time. I bought my house for an excellent price and continue to put a lot of sweat equity into it. This lower rate will help me pay down my debt faster and will allow me to put more money towards my house and my future.

Housing (PITI): $ 1400
Utilities: $ 120
Car and Insurance: $489 (I?m currently looking to trade in my car to buy a less expensive, more gas efficient car)
Phone, cell, cable, internet: $ 150
Groceries: $100
Dining Out, Entertainment: $200
Student Loans: $110
Credit Cards: $500
Misc. (Lawn mowing services, non-recurring expenses, etc.) - $250
Whatever is left goes towards my emergency fund or the ?Make my house a home? fund.
