I am an avid investor in stocks, real estate, and Prosper and I would
like to obtain a low interest rate loan instead of my personal funds to
complete the installation of a pool and landscaping in my backyard. I
am always a fan of using other people's funds to help grow my
portfolio, and getting a loan from Prosper seems the right way to go
since I have personally benefitted so much from it!. I have sufficient
funds in both my bank account and my Ameritrade accounts to repay this
loan, but I would prefer to continue making what is right now a good
return on my stocks and Prosper, of course!
I have a very good income and an extremely low debt to income ratio,
along with an excellent credit score. I have very little debt so adding this new payment has very little impact on my bills right now. I also receive an additional
income stream from a rental property I own, and from other
