Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? bridge my finances until I sell my house. I will be listing it very soon as I am engaged and moving to Charlottesville, VA. I currently hold a mortgage of $308k on it and it will sell in the range of $580k-630k. At that point I will pay of this loan in full -- if desired. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have had very solid credit history (in the 720's) until recently it has dropped to the 680's. I want to pay off $7,000 in credit card balances, as I am not accustomed to carrying a balance. One the house sells, I will be moving to my fiancee's house in lovely Charlottesville.
