Purpose of loan: Relisting with a lower requested amount. I truly appreciate all the bids I received. I am need of the funds for reasons explained below and willing to prove myself on Prosper. This loan will be used to cover the consolidation of two credit card accounts, out of pocket expenses for medical school (for example I have to pay for certification exams to graduate totaling $1500 plus travel expenses out of pocket) these expenses will be reimbursed in the end by the Army as part of my committment contract allowing me to pay on my prosper loan, and other expenses not covered such as study materials, standardized review course, graduation. All graduating medical students are required to apply to residency training positions throughout the country and must travel to these locations to interview at our own expense. This loan will help me finish out my med school career with much less stress. Thank you for your consideration. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am working hard in medical school to benefit my families future. We do not waste money on anything that is not needed. I am honest and trustworthy and currently a officer in the US Army Reserve and have signed to go full time in the active US Army as a physician upon my graduation in 10 mths. My income will cont. to increase as I graduate and get recommissioned as a Capt. I am very proud of the privilege to serve my country in the military and to help others a physician and I am not willing to sacrifice my career by defaulting on loans. Credit problems are not tolerated by officers in the military and would result in disciplinary actions including garnishment of wages to repay loans. You can rest assure that I will repay as promissed without any problems. I have been in college for the past 9 years while working and taking care of my family. All student loans are in deferment for the next 4 years. My income listed below includes my military pay, medical school scholarship income, and my part time job as a paramedic. I did not include my wifes part time job as the Prosper application stated not to include income not my own. Thank you for your consideration. Monthly net income: $ 5447.41 (This total is not including my wife's part time job of appr. $500 per month) Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1150 Insurance: $ 48 Car expenses: $ 817 (Payments, insurance and routine maint.) Utilities: $ 210 Phone, cable, internet: $ 108 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 764 Other expenses: $ 32 |
