Purpose of loan: We have a 2nd child on the way. Instead of trying to buy a larger home (and thereby trying to sell our current Townhome), we are remodeling the basement into a living space. The last thing to do is put in the bathroom (approx. $10,000 when all said and done). My financial situation: I have been faithful to my payments on the first loan. We have had to use our credit cards on the remodeling job. I will use the remaining $4600 to pay off 1 credit card.My payment history hopefully speaks for itself.
