Purpose of loan: This is my second try for a loan. I have dropped the requested amount from $7,000 to $5,000 in hopes of fully funding the loan this time. Even with smaller loan, I will still be able to consolidate the majority of my high interest debt, which will help tremendously. This loan will be used to consolidate credit card debt as well as a high interest personal loan. My financial situation: I would make a good canidate for this loan because I have a stable job that will allow me to make the payments on this loan. I work in accounting and have been with my present employer for 2 1/2 years and plan to stay here well into the future. I also supplement my income by doing janitorial work in the evenings and on weekends. I am a hardworking, honest, reliable person and I am committed to paying my debts in full and in a timely manner. I had some financial difficulties in the past due to an unexpected layoff, but I am now back on my feet and committed to re-establishing my prior excellent credit rating. My goal is pay off all unsecured debts (credit cards and personal loans) within the next 3 to 4 years. Monthly net income: $ 4264 Monthly expenses: $ 2667.00 Housing: $ 917 Insurance: $ 100 Car expenses: $200 Utilities: $ 190 Phone, cable, internet: $ 160 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $600 (bills that will be consolidated with new loan from Prosper).
