My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because? I am re-listing for a lower amount and I hope that this will help get my loan funded this time.    This loan will be used to consolidate high interest credit card debt that occurred during building my business and a small amount will be used for taxes.
The credit cards that I will pay off are:
GM Money 23% $3,000
Best Buy 22% $900
Visa  22% $1,000
Wells Fargo Credit 22% $2200

The credit card debt that will be paid off with this loan is $7100.  This consolidation, regardless of whether there is a lower rate, will help me to manage my debt with fewer payments and on a timeline that will better suite my needs (3 years).

My taxes are $2500. I just bought a brand new home in Sept. so I could increase my business.  I escrow my taxes, however, my mortgage company did not figure in higher taxes for this year, and thus I have a shortfall.  I have it corrected for next year?s payment, but was unable to do anything now since it was due this month. Therefore, I am asking for a loan of $9600.

My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I'm responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking. Most importantly, I want to get out of debt so that I can start new chapter in my life. I have high debt but excellent payment history?I have never been late on a payment.  A majority of my debt is from a home equity loan used to re-configure my basement for business use.  I have my master?s degree in early childhood education and have worked very hard to get where I am now in my life.  I have had to use my credit card to build my business.   I have been self employed for over four years doing licensed child care in my home.   I love my job it is very rewarding seeing the children grow and change. Most of my clients have been with me for several years and I have a wait list.  I would like to get out of debt in the next three years and make the money I am paying apply for the balance instead of the high interest.   Thank you for your time and consideration.
My budget is as follows:
My net income is $50,001-$75,000
$1420 Mortgage Payment
$400 Car Payment
$850 Credit Card Payments
$500 Food and Gas
$400 Electric, Gas, Phone
$200  Misc. expenses
Total Expenses $3,770
Left over for business expenses: $3,730
In order to streamline spending, a lower monthly payment on my credit card debt overall would help to release some of the financial burden and allow me to focus that relief of stress into continued growth of my business.
