I?m a young black male residing in Jacksonville, Fl. I?m a husband of 8 yrs and a father of 4. I?m a proud parent and I work hard to provide for my family. As of September 2007, I have been in an ongoing custody battle with my ex for sole custody of my 13 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter. So far I have invested well over $3500 in the case. However, I am in need of a little assistance with my scheduled Custody Evaluation, Mediation and Trial. It's not that I don't have the money to continue the case it's just that I don't have it all at the time it is needed. Please help me do what's best for my children.

As for my delinquencies, they are all overdue credit card payments. However, the information provided by Prosper needs to be updated because 3 of the 7 delinquencies has been satisfied and I am working on the others. The credit cards are a product of a failed attempt to improve my credit score. I obtained the cards (all with an average credit limit of $400) with the idea that I would pay down the balances and keep the accounts open without utilizing them. Well due to some unforeseen financial strains, my plan fell short.

As for my bankcard utilization, I've simply had to use the available credit for my ongoing custody case.

The corporation I am employed with is in the process of merging with another corporation. As part of the process, our profit sharing plan under the old corporation is being dissolved. I intend to utilize part of the proceeds from the plan to pay off this loan as well as my credit card balances and remaining delinquencies.

I am an honest individual with good intentions simply trying to improve my position in life. I thank you for your time and consideration.
