Purpose of loan: I will be using this loan for home improvments in my condo, including putting in hardwood floors and redoing the kitchen. My financial situation: I have excellent credit and have a very good job, making over $120k a year before taxes (116,300 salary, 9,000 bonus this past year). I am married with no kids and my spouse makes $80k a year herself. We have very little expenses every month (majority of our expenses is the $1,400 per month mortgage) so will be able to pay off the personal loan fairly quickly. The $26,300 of revolving debt I have consists of $23,900 for the downpayment on our mortgage (we have a 10% down 10% financed 30 year fixed mortgage). We are both fairly new to our current careers and have paid off our student loans recently, which is why we don't have that much available funds right now. |
