Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? finish building our deck. Unfortunately we choose an unscrupulous carpenter who we paid in full but he only completed 1/4 of the work. We have found another carpenter who was recommended by a co-worker that will finish the job for $2900 and are very anxious to have the job completed.This money will pay for the rest of the work to build the deck and stain it when it is completed. It also includes the cost of some extra materials that the original carpenter failed to have us buy. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I am lucky to have married a wonderful woman who is a very good budgeter and saver. In the past I always have paid my bills but not always on time, maybe a few weeks or a month late, and since marrying my wife she handles the money and we have not had a single bill paid late in three years. I earn a good income and although our debt to income ratio is high we were able to save to pay for the deck the first time and we will have no trouble paying off this loan. Thank you.
