Purpose of loan: Consolidation, I will use this loan to payoff my 1st loan through prosper and a master card. I will also use a portion to continue additional cost for probate attorney and other legal issues (back taxes on 2 properties that is still in probate) dealing with the lost of my mother since february of 2007. (explain what you will be using this loan for) My financial situation: I feel like Im a good candidate due to the fact im not behind on any of my debts, also Im in the process of selling a House that was left to me after my mother passed in febuary of last year. Since that time I have been managing my house as well as my father house. The sell of this house (the house is still in probate we didnt expect it to take this long) will pay off alot of my mother and father debt. I figure with this loan I will have 1 payment to make instead of several and it would save me on monthly payments which would allow me to help my father even further. Currently my father gets less then $700 a month from ssi his mortage takes almost half of that @ $315 a month add utilities, insurance, food, gas and misc and he is in the hole 300-450 a month. Once the probate gets through the sell of another property will free up his mortage which in turn helps me from making up the difference monthly.
