Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off a couple of high interest credit cards which have become monkeys on our backs. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because the only major factor affecting my credit score is my ratio on these accounts. With super high interest rates, I am unable to pay down the balances, and my credit score suffers. My wife finishes her nursing degree in Dec. and will bring a considerable amount of new income to the household. Monthly net income: $ I do have a portion of my income that is commission based store sales. Last year I earned about $85,000, and my base salary is about $45,000 regardless. Monthly expenses: $ 3,400 Housing: $ 1400 Insurance: $ 150.00 Car expenses: $ 300.00 Utilities: $ 250.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 220.00 Food, entertainment: $ minimal at this point. Clothing, household expenses: $ 150.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 700.00 We appreciate the opportunity to receive help in this area. With the toughest days behind us, you help will enable us to stay financially healthy until the New Year and my wife's income contribution. Thanks! |
