Purpose of loan: I am currently trying to consolidate my debt. The reason for the debt was that my wife encountered some medical expenses before we got married so it ended up smashing her credit report. This and the new home we purchased, we had to take the hard road and use the credit cards to pay off her debt as well as the things in the new house. I purchased my home in 2006 and I would say I got a little carried away with purchasing things for the house. Since then I have fired the credit card companies and am trying to get rid of them. I currently have 2 credit accounts that I will payoff and 1 that I will pay down with this loan. CC - $1,500 (PAY OFF) Credit Line - $3,400 (PAY OFF) CC Pay down - $18,000 (PAY DOWN) My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have never been late and have always paid everything on time and ahead of schedule. I always pay more than the minimum. Monthly net income: $ I am an E-5 in the US Army and currently make around $4,378 Monthly. This number includes the extra money that the Military gives us for living off post. Me - $4,378 Wife - $2,300 Total = $6,678 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $2400 (just went up) Association: $300 Insurance: $ 250 Car expenses: $831 (2 Cars) Utilities: $300 Phone, cable, Internet: $300 Food, entertainment: $500 Clothing, household expenses $200 Credit cards and other loans: $500 TOTAL expenses: $5,581 |
