Purpose of loan: I am requesting this loan for purchasing more refrigeration and storage space for the barbecue and espresso business that we opened 3 weeks ago. Business is picking up every day and we already have a several established customers who up to now have been our only advertisement. We have place signs and advertised in the local paper, which came out this week, and the sales have really grown. We require more refrigeration space so that we can safely cool and hold enough food for the growing business, Having more storage space will allow us to save money both in gas driving to the wholesale house which now we do daily, as well as being able to buy paper products and non-perishables by the case which is much cheaper. My financial situation: the $18000.00 of unpaid debt is when I was not able to work and got behind on my mortgage the loan is now modified so I don't owe that all at once also the house is sold to my sister and I rent from her intill she can get financed. I can repay this loan because the extra funds from the bbq and esspresso business will take care of the extra debt. Also I will be working my existing job till debt is paid back.
