Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off my credit card bills. I just moved to a new apartment in New York City to start my new job. My room was furnished on credit and this money will go towards repaying my credit card. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a great track record with loans. I just graduated from college and do not have any student loans because I made every payment on time and even repaid my loan ahead of schedule. I just started work and will have a steady income in the next pay cycle so I will be more than able to repay my loan. Monthly net income: $ After taxes $3500 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1300 Insurance: $ 100 Car expenses: n/a Utilities: $ 30 Phone, cable, internet: $ 40 Food, entertainment: $ 600 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: n/a Savings/401K: $500 Net cash flow = $3500 - $2570 = $730 As you can see from my calculations, I should will have ample funds to repay my loan. |
