I'm a single parent of a teenager, employed by the City for the past 9 years as a Project Manager. Why I Need This Loan: For a down-payment on a co-op duplex, after which I'll pay $599/mo. as opposed to the $875/mo. I paid when renting for a savings of $3312/yr., which will go towards repayment of this loan. Payments will be automatically deducted from my bank account to pay for the loan. Budget Per Month: Annual Salary: $67,000 Paycheck after taxes/Pension/other: $1675.00 (every two weeks) Car Loan: $444.23 Car Insurance: $168.00 Parking:$85.00 Gas (Import Car, Premium Gas Required): $200.00 Credit Card Bills: $100.00 (Used in emergency situations only, pay full balance at billing time, rarely carry a balance) Rent: $875.00 School Loan: $332.00 Utilities/Food/School Items/Misc.: $550.00 TOTAL PER MONTH: $2754.23 - I'm left with $935.77/mo. to pay the loan off. Credit: I've never filed for bankrupcy, had any judgments or liens. I've financed a couple of new auto and consumer loans and paid them back in full and on time. I got into credit problems when laid-off twice in a 5 year period, and had a baby to support without help from her father at the time. Hard work and education have paid off, I have a better job with security, and am trying to do better and fix my credit. My credit grade is a "B" (680-719), and my DTI is 9%.
